We were devastated to learn of the sudden death of 22 year old Charlotte (Lottie) Fullerton whilst on a trekking holiday in Nepal. Following terrible floods that hit large parts of Nepal, Bangladesh and India, Lottie died on 10th August as a result of falling rocks.
A Society such as ours means that news of alumni deaths is inevitable, but to have to report on one so young is tragic and shocking. Lottie was about to begin her 4th year of medical training at Jesus College, Oxford and will be remembered by her fellow Canfordians as a wonderful Sixth Form student, sportswoman and colleague.

I married the love of my life, Catherine Evans, on 15th April 2017 at our local church St Mary's, Longfleet followed by a reception at Parley Manor. Other OCs in attendance also included Colin Chalkly-Maber (S73), Charles Chalkly-Maber (S06), James Thorpe (W10), Dave Freeman (S10), Seán Ahearne (S10), Ed Snook (S10), Ben Lynch (SH10), Ben Peters (M10), Marcus Senior (S10) and James Watson-Lee (M10). After a short honeymoon break in Jersey after the wedding we are due to visit Washington D.C. and then St. Lucia in the summer as part of a longer holiday celebration.

I wanted to let you know that my husband Richard and I had our latest addition to the family in August. Adeline Cecilia Lola Moss was born at home in Henley on Thames…a baby sister for Hugo who is now four.

After 10 years in London in Private Equity, I moved to California, USA to do a Masters at Stanford Business School in 2013. On graduation, I started an education technology business (www.versame.comwith a mission to help all children in the world fulfill their potential. I recently married my American fiance (pic attached) and we’re living just south of San Francisco, California. One OC, Chris Padfield, was in attendance! Outside of working, we spend most of our spare time doing triathlons and this year I’m taking on the Race Across the West, a 1000 mile solo cycle race from California to Colorado.
I thought it would be nice to share that I got married to Samantha Cox (MA08) on October 28th last year in Bermuda (where Samantha is originally from). We met at Canford and will be celebrating our 11 years together, on Thursday this week.
